Sertifi Data Fields
You can use Sertifi Data Fields to add a variety of fields to your custom authorization forms or contracts to collect information from your signers and payers. You can collect things like signatures, initials, date, time, and payment information without manually updating your documents every time you send a request.

Data fields are entered into your Word and PDF documents in a special format that's compatible with the Sertifi system. Sertifi reads the data fields you put in your document to create visual representations of these data fields that appear to your signers and payers.
You can also download a pre-made template with data fields already in place. Simply download, update with your information, and add to your Document Library in Sertifi. Download a template here: Signature and eAuthorization templates
